‘School Bowls' is a National Pathway for all primary and secondary students to learn and enjoy the sport of Lawn Bowls.

The Let’s Play Bowls committee a group of; retired teachers, bowlers and parents initiated the concept in 2015 with a 'ínter-school’ high school competition promoting the game to Year 7 - 11 students. Following our primary school trials in 2018, 2019 and 2022 we developed a modified bowling ‘inter-school’ competition for Stage 3 (Year 5 and Year 6) students - launched in 2025.

The aim of ‘School Bowls’ is to introduce senior primary and secondary students to lawn bowls nationwide.
