‘School Bowls' is a National Pathway for all primary and secondary students to learn and enjoy the sport of Lawn Bowls.

The Let’s Play Bowls (LPB) committee; a group of retired teachers, bowlers and parents initiated the concept in 2015 with a local 'ínter-school’ competition promoting the game to high school Year 7 - 11 students.

In 2018, 2019 and 2022 … LPB trialed primary school bowls, developing a modified ‘inter-school’ competition for Stage 3 - Year 5 and Year 6 students - launched in 2025.
